CHILD CARE COLLABORATIVE

COLLABORATION

The FCFN Child Care Collaboration provides tribal community consultation through a successful process that starts with an application and orientation process that then leads to a discovery and Implementation phase to help create a core team that will implement solutions identified in the Tribal Community Solution Action Plan. FCFN provides technical assistance, implementation support, and coaching to provide support for ongoing capacity-building and innovation activities, and support in implementing a Community Action Plan. Participating tribal communities are welcomed into a national Learning Network of Tribal Communities who share findings and learnings. Indigenous Core Team members have access to quarterly webinars and special events highlighting innovative solutions to deepen the shared knowledge of the network. Throughout the community engagement process, FCFN documents case studies of successful business models. This information is distributed via our websites, community events, the Learning Network of Tribal Communities webinars, and convening events.
